The Challenge

Manulife, one of Canada's premier life insurance companies, needed a new approach to its annual road show. It had secured a well-known international expert for a key-note presentation, but he was available for one day only — and that included travel time.

The Solution

Because pulling together a large enough audience to justify the effort and costs would be difficult in any single location, BCN.tv worked with Manulife to build a virtual road show. Presenters were live to an audience of 400 in Toronto Carlu and broadcast to 17 other locations across the country, to almost 1,600 additional viewers.

The Result

The keynote was a great success, and additional speakers provided valuable insights into the investment market and their individual investment style. More importantly, instead of having to drive to town after another meeting 40 financial advisors at a time, Manulife reached nearly 2,000 participants with a single event.
